Abstract

The author analyzes approaches to training at higher education institutions in Europe and researchers on the development and organization of communities. The authors draw attention to the reasons for the preparation of specialists in European higher education institutions, as well as represent the number of bachelor's and master's degree programs for the preparation of researchers and practitioners, focusing on a variety of subjects involved in the development and organization of the local communities in European countries. The article indicates success of a leader in the community. These basic approaches to understanding the participation of community members. Determined participation model for the successful implementation of leadership in the community. The article stated that despite the professional training to overcome a number of problems in the community, it is not enough, and noted the need for the involvement of internal forces community. Indicate the importance and the need for a leadership role in the formation, development and life of the local community.  In particular, authors compare the approaches to the training of specialists and researchers in the development of local communities and organizations in the higher educational institutions of the UK and continental Europe.
